30 Lbs gone

I started in May and as of today I'm 30 Lbs less!
And people are begining to notice! I have 64 Lbs
to go to get to my 160 goal. I have 14 months
until I need to be at my goal weight because that's
when the job hunt begins. My plant is closing.

Good going, Dave, keep doing what you're doing! And good luck with the job hunt, it's not right, but looking fit might very well give you an edge.

Great news!! The powers that be have decided to keep my plant open!
This will not change my weight loss plans. I'm still on track to be 160 LBS
on 12/31/2012.
