I am so glad I'm doing my progress pics...12 pounds may not sound like a lot, but look at the difference!

Although the weight loss doesn't seem like much the visual difference is very impressive! Great job!!

you are so right one thing i wish i had done was taken really good before pics. wow what a difference 12 lbs makes. you look GREAT!!! congrats. they are also such a good way of tracking when the scale gets us down.

I think you are doing great. Your posture is tremendously better which definately helps the slimming effect. And without sounding to "male" your butt looks much better.

You've also inspired me to take my own 'before' and 'after' photos. Even though I'm mid way through my weight loss journey.
