Thanks, Mike! The scale display added half a pound so I had to take my slippers off to make 199 while holding it. Too funny! Anyweigh, I don't intend to EVER see anything other than "1s" on the scale again.
So, I'm kinda in the end game here--24 pounds to go to my 175 goal. That's where I was when I lost a bunch of weight when I was around 20, and less than I weighed in elementary school.
When I get there, the hard part of this journey will begin.
Regards,
Michael
PS I guess I should post my blurry eyed pre-coffee picture here as well--not everyone reads the Challenge thread.
Sweet. You should be the poster boy for weight loss. Your hard work are dedication is awesome. I bet your wife, your family, your friends and even your doctor are thrilled.

Well, the wife has seen this before, friends, too. I suppose I should go see the doc sometime--I think the last trip was in '01 or thereabouts--NOT my favorite thing to do!
Regards,
Michael

Well done Michael. We will be here to support you maintaining your loss as well. I hope the scales does not bounce over the 200 too many times over the next couple weeks. I hate when that happens when you first reach a new threshold. Soon you will be celebrating never seeing that number on the bounces. Mary
