I don't know about that. When I wrote everything down, it took forever, so I would seriously debate weather or not I put something in my mouth just because I was going to have to log it. Now it's so fast I don't really even think about how much work it's going to be to log, so the thought of having to log doesn't slow me down like it use to.

True that, but a big deterrent for me now is knowing I'm going to have to report it; thank goodness for FitDay because writing it down in a notebook doesn't give you the forums!
