Thumbs up Top 10 reasons why I think FitDay ROCKS!

10 You can sync the web version to your PC.

9 The web software is versatile, potent, ergonomic, FREE, and upgradable.

8 The site is snappy, not slow, as well as being available 99% of the time.

7 Keeping track of calories in and calories out/burned WORKS and this software maximizes this fact.

6 It has an enormous database of foods. Maybe ginormous is more apropos.

5 The forum uses the powerful vBulletin, everybody is very supportive, the mods are cool, and oh yeah, we can include pics and gifs!

4 The FitDay "Articles" are second to none. Have you browsed them yet?

3 You can customize foods or create your own.

2 The "Reports" are AWESOME, very informative, and the site has more tools and Reports than I care to use. Plus you can custom track nutrients if you want.

And the #1 reason why I think FitDay.com ROCKS! ...

It's a place to learn about nutrition,
and nurture a **lifestyle change**...
... not just a place for old fashioned "dieting"!

I couldn't agree more (though modesty dictates I recuse myself from No. 6 )

There is a very fine line between "ass" and "tough love". Once you get used to him he's not so bad really, and he has a very good sense of humor.

I thought it was a banana riding a pickle with legs. Not that I'm food oriented or anything.
