Thanks for all the positive feedback. LOL Pam I'm not sure whether my trainer knows my age or not. He does not make any allowance for it. Mary

You look absolutely beautiful! Congratulations... looks like you've found a way to lose weight that's comfortable for you and that's no easy task! I bet you feel great!

Glad I'm not the only one who's first goal is to get out of the 'obese' range! Good idea to maintain 150-ish for a while too. That's my December goal.
