Default lost 55lbs. since December

WOOHOOO

Thanks fitday, with your help I was able to loose 55lbs since December.

New challenge- get 10% BMI!

male, 36y/o
5'3"
weight: 197 as of 12.2010
weight: 140 as of 07.2011

That's a little more than 9 lbs per month - perfect rate.

On to the 10% body fat (I assume)

I would like to have this nasty belly fat gone by August but IDK if that's possible.

I'm not gonna get myself down if that doesn't happen by then but I know I'll be doing my HIITs & strength training till it's gone & do what I can to stay fit while I still can.
