Judy ~ eating little bits throughout the day (these are just my snacks)
~ fruit, light cheese, nuts, almond milk. Green apple and cinnamon....yum.

After dinner, my fat free jello pudding and light whipped cream <~ addicted!

(oh and ya gotta love Skinny Cow!)
Besides the pudding, I'm eating as clean as I can. Portion control.
And every Sat or Sun night, I go off of it and have a whatever I want dinner and dessert!
You gotta stir up that metabolism!
So far so good, but keeping it off is the hard part!!!!
