You have so much to offer, and I for one am taking it all in. In my short stay here you've pointed me in the direction of discipline, motivation, technique and most importantly humor. Ha ha--well, I'm only 20 pounds lighter than when I posted my "before" and "during" pic back on May 5, so not really that different. I will post a new pic soon, they it will still be a "during" pic--I've got at least another 50 to lose before I consider it "after".
