Thank you everyone for responding, I read these faithfully and am inspired by the sharing and honesty out there. My husband is a skinny fit guy and so are most of my girlfriends so talking to people who "get it" really helps me not feel so alone. So thanks for the support

Encouragement and not being alone are the best ways to being successful...if you feel alone then it makes it very difficult to be successful. Good luck and keep us posted. I know I will keep everyone posted on my success here.

Wonderful success stories here. I too had trouble keeping track of calories eaten and spent. This site helped me so much in my effort to lose weight in the past year.

I'm back since I gained 4 pounds over the holidays. This is a great tool to help me get back where I want to be.

Default Week 2

Week 2 down and I lost a pound and I am celebrating. Celebrating over a pound because I went on a trip starting Saturday morning and came back Wednesday night and I had no control really over what I ate. Meals that I ate I did the best I could do and luckily I was snowmobiling so I was burning calories. I gained 2 pounds during the trip but I came back and started right back in again...lost the 2 and lost another. I am pumped. I feel really focused on getting back to where I was 3 years ago.

Hope everyone else is having success...lets hear it!!

DAN
