I just wanted to post an update to this thread - as I loved this thread and I don't want it to be buried! I've got my previous "before" and "during" pics here, along with a later one from about 2 months ago.
Stats for the pictures:
Before: 215??? lbs./Size 18-20 jeans/XL tops -- Taken October 31, 2010
During 1: about 177 lbs./Size 14 jeans/L tops -- Taken in June of 2011
During 2: about 164 lbs./Size 12 dress/M-L tops -- Taken in October of 2011 (1 year difference, about 50 lbs. lost
I don't know how much of a difference there is between the 2nd and 3rd picture to the eye, but I know I FELT the difference a lot between them - I feel like my waist got noticeably smaller, at the very least. I DO know that those jeans from Picture #2 are now way too big on my butt and waist unless they've just come out of the dryer - by the end of the day I'm hitching them up, and they're not so tight on my thighs.
I'm currently about 5 lbs. lighter than picture #3, and I intend to take another when I hit the 150 lb. mark (which is the entry into "healthy BMI land" for me)

Current mini-goal: 175 lbs.
Lowest weight: 156.7 lbs.
