I started dropping from about 280 1/3/11 my goal was 230 by 5/3/11 well I hit it on my B-day 3/18 so I am pretty excited. I was surprised it came off so fast with only working out 3 times a week and no true dedicated cardio well I did do some slide board for about 10 minutes after my workouts just to make it fun. My workout was body weight and rubber tubing interval training so my HR did get way up. Anyways I made my new goal 200 give or take 5 pounds by Mid October. I know the weight loss is going to slow down I expect that, so I set a reachable goal I think. Just got to keep chopping at it.
Thanks everyone. It was tough at times just your normal temptations at times made my focus waver but I feel so much better now with not eating processed food and the weight down my energy is way up cant even sit still feel like I am wrestling again when I was 17 haha.
