Default My new mission!!!!

hello fitday fam,

I have been a fitday member for quite some time. When I started using this site I was exactly 176lbs. I reached my goal weight of 140lbs in 6 to 7 months time of hardcore training....this was 2 to 3 years ago. I have kept the weight off and currently standing at 147lbs. My new mission is 120lbs, and I am super excited about it.

I wish everyone the best of luck on here with your goal weight...and I will be using fitday again for my new mission, taken that it was so helpful to me when I used it the first time..all I have to say is

IT....IS...ON!

Welcome to the forum and thanks for sharing. I agree that FitDay is the answer for losing weight and getting fit.

The best exercises for weight loss are Fork Putdowns and Table Pushaways.
