I just want to thank the people who put this site together and make it available to public. It's a great help.
My second day recording my intake I ate at 5 guys, a burger, fries and a diet coke. At 1130 AM I was at 1700 cals!!! And I was on an 1800 cal/day plan.
It was a big wake up call. Fit Day showed me how much I was eating, much of it was needless mouth filling.
I'm down 25 lbs in a 6.5 months and hoping to lose another 30 by Sept. Thanks to Fit Day I can see what I'm putting into my body.
