Thumbs up Yaaaaaaaaaay Me!!!!!!
Okay guys so today I weighed in after a week of working out and dieting... I went from 309 - 304!!!!!!!!!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!! I was so proud of myself I cried a little cuz after this first week of hell I was proud of myself for making it... For the next 21 days I'm fasting!!!! I'm so excited I cant wait for this week and to see what my weight will be next sunday!!!

I just want to THANK you all for motivating me, encouraging me, and helping me!!!

Congrats on the weight loss but do remember that there is no rush... steady weight loss will be your friend!!

To be honest... I DIDN'T think I was gonna lose that much!!! I was so shocked I had to get on twice and make sure my scale was working... I thought I would have atleast lost 1 but I'm like WOW where did the other 4 come from.

Its actually with my church..
We just can't have Meats, Sweets and Soda... O_O
I thought it was gonna be more... But they said that's it...
It's the same as my diet except the meat part...
So this should be pretty interesting!

It's a church diet, lol! I love it!

I bet a bunch of people will drop pounds if they stick with it!

BTW, I'm a vegetarian...lol!

This is actually my first one I'm going to stick too...
So I got to fast and pray to succeed...
