Haven't jumped on this thread in a while Mike but I just wanted to ask, what is the #7 in your supplements pic? I might be taking something similar (Biotest PowerDrive) that has two paradoxical effects on me: 1) I feel more energized/stronger and therefore push more weight/reps); and 2) I get better sleep.
How's your progress been these last few months? I think I've stabilized at 165 since recovering from the holidays (up 5 lbs from around Thanksgiving). My shoulders are definitely bigger but I've can feel the effects of neglecting my mobility drills and might have to start adding some glucosamine to my supplementation.
1) eat real food - more vegetables, moderate meat, moderate fruits, less grains, less sugar, less vegetable oils.
2) exercise - moderate intensity cardio, sprinting, heavy lifting, dedicated stretching and mobility.
3) live - relax, de-stress, meditate.
