Size 12!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when I started I was a UK size 20, Now I can walk into high street stores , pick a size 12 off the peg and it fits!!!!!!!!!!!

lol lizzy. I just took a size 16 to the charity shop today....a really pretty dress and I only wore it once, no way am I ever fitting that

silly little things, my shoe size is back to a 3-4, the extra weight made me a 5. Even my feet were fat! :D

Hi Lizzycritter. I'm approx. 180lbs and need to lose at least 45+ lbs. I see that you have similar weight goals as me. FitDay told me to eat approx. 1,738cal to lose 50 lbs by Sep. '11. Any food suggestions? Working out alone does nothing for my weightloss. Thx and keep up the great work.
