I bought a jump rope back when I first started, was too embarrassed by the house shaking to do it much back then

I do use it now though if I can't get out running or get to the gym, and boy, you are right, great cardio!

The last time I got out the jump rope, it attracted like 10 kids, so I spent my entire workout time turning the jump rope for everyone else. It's a great workout provided you've got some privacy. The hula hoop is good too.
