Hello Everybody, Im a newbie, im finding it difficult to track my progress so thought this would be a good place to start! Stats as follows....
Start Date: May 2009
Start Weight: 13 Stone (182lbs)
Current Weight: 11 Stone 5lbs (161lbs)
Goal Weight: 9 Stone 7lbs (133lbs)
Target Date: 1st June 2010
Weight loss to date: 1 Stone 7lbs
Weight left to lose: 1 Stone 8lbs
Sticking with the eating healthy and exercising, having trouble toning up but have joined a weights for women course at my gym, also keep hitting brick walls so tips for boosting your metabolism would be much appreciated!
