33 pounds lost in 5 weeks
My numbers continue to be outstanding. I'll probably stay in induction for a few more weeks considering the weight I have left to lose. I continue to work out 5 days a week. Walking twice a day for 30-40 minutes and weight training. Getting stronger every day and loving the way I feel.
