Ok, so this is little compared to others on here, but I've gone from 238 to 211 since mid April just from logging & counting calories. It's kind of scary now that I realize how many calories I was eating just to maintain my starting weight!!! Plus, my goal date was July 9th (my next doctor's visit to check my pre-diabetic state) & I reached it today June 17th!!! Woohoo, so my next mini goal is in play and hopefully this time next year I'll be out of my 18/16's & back in my 8's from only a few years ago! Wish me luck at my doctor's visit though! Maybe I can undo some of the damage I've done to my body since gaining 100 lbs in just a few short years.
