Talking I hit my mini-goal Early!

Ultimate goal is 150 (from 190 pre-pregnancy weight). I've been doing it in mini-goals. The current one was 165 by 6/30!

I hit 165 today!!! Next stop: 160 by 7/31. I'm giving it some extra time 'cause there are visitors coming and travel happening in that time frame. Also, I hear ('cause I've never come this close before) that those last 10-15 lbs are the hardest.

Think I can do it? It it a reasonable goal?

If I keep starting over, eventually it will stick, right?

Great job! Congratulations and keep up the good work ! You can def get off the next five by the end of July!
