I FINALLY broke the 170 barrier. The scale this morning: 168.2. Woo-hoo!
I'm hoping this little win will float me through a very busy day today.
I'm super jealous of you!! I am patiently waiting to get to that point myself! I'm hovering around 172-173 right now (then again, I had a long weekend in Minneapolis with some not so great eating). I am back on track this week though, and have been working out regularly and eating a lot better! Crossing my fingers that I get under 170 here within the next week or so!

I went to have a couple of pairs of pants taken in. (That is a yay in itself, right?)
The tailor said in an amazed tone, "How much weight have you lost?!"
Nothing like some early morning flattery to get the day started right.
WOW!!! nice job I know that that would get me through the day...hell the week. I also have a success story I lost 4 pounds this week so I am quite happy myself. Keep it up.
