I use classic fitday. The only way I know to 'go back in time' is to click on the previous month in the calendar. This will bring you back a month. Then continue to do that. I know it's time consuming. I have done that and gone quite far back!

Then when you are at a month (and year) that you want, you can access the food log you had for that day, and journal - if you made a journal entry. Weight, too - if you entered a weight that day. It depends on what icon you see in that day on the calendar.

I've got 20 pounds to lose now to get back to that goal weight, but I'm not stressing over it. I know what to do; I've got a kitchen full of awesome healthy food choices, and a heart full of determination. 20 pounds is a lot easier to lose than 80, let me tell you that from experience!

I just wanted to tell anybody listening that yes, it's possible to keep weight off for the long term. Yes, you are going to succeed if you just find the approach that suits your body and keep at it. I know how difficult it is to break free of this world's programming about food and how hard those first steps are. I know the conventional wisdom about regaining the weight and all that. But I managed to keep just about all of it off, and so can you. Don't give up. Your health is important.
i woulk like to be here to see some stories when i feel tired and boring and want to quit every time . thank all .....
