Default [GAINED 40LBS] Mirin 10 month transformation [OLD] 16-17 yr old

THIS PIC MARCH 2012, SKINNY AS FACK, +-64kg (140lbs):

CLICK! for some extra progress pic, from non lifter somewhere in 2011, to april 2012 (2months lifting), to july 2012 (6 months lifting)

THIS PIC JANUARI 2013 +-80KG's (176lbs):

1RM lifts went from 70lbs to 200lbs bench press / squat from very low to 220lbs / deadlift from very low to 310lbs.

This aint BB.com misc, lol.

Good job op,,,,keep lifting and eating. Dont worry about bf%, gain & gain some more and your lifts will get even bigger.
