Smile...success #1, I am weighed, measured and logged in to a successful adventure
Good morning. I thank FitDay for being here today for me as I walk/run through these months of change. I measured myself (wow...really?), logged in my activity....hmmmmm, and I even wrote in the daily diary (my favorite part of this adventure).
Food will be planned and not my focus since I think it is my emotions that drive my overeating. Thank you for having me and I look forward to future conversations with everyone going through our changes. Here's to success for each and every one of us!
