Default sugar, sugar, sugar

Im back on AGAIN. Hopefully will do better. I was putting on a custom food and found no place to record sugar on nutritional info. Is there a place to keep tabs on intake of sugar?

Sugar can suppress your immune system.

Sugar can cause juvenile delinquency in children.
Sugar eaten during pregnancy and lactation can influence muscle force production in offspring, which can affect an individual’s ability to exercise.

Cutting way way way back on coffee killed my sugar cravings.

Seems really dumb that there's no way to log sugar!

When I was following the keto diet I kept a diary as a matter of course, so I controlled all the nutrients and sugar. I now have a diary on my fridge that lists the menu and the amount of sugar. When I gave up sugar completely I almost went into a hypoglycemic coma. I had a general weakness, malaise; inability to concentrate; dizziness, headaches; double vision; speech impairment; inappropriate behavior; seizures; drowsiness, lethargy; loss of consciousness. Be careful when abruptly eliminating sugar.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but carbs-fiber=sugar, isn't it?

I love sweets and do not know how to force myself to give them up.

Sugar is evil. I have never been able to give it up. But it's the first thing you have to do.
