I'm New
Hi, I am a future marine bride who is looking to reach her goal of 140 lbs. I am currently 183 lbs. I am recovering from surgery so I am limited to what I can do exercise wise for eight weeks and that includes no lifting; but I am taking walks to the mail box and pretty soon around the pond here at the complex where I live. I am working on losing 10 lbs. a month until I reach 140 lbs.

I am new to the site as well
I may be new to the site but not to dieting. I weigh 174 and would like to get down to 140. Last week I started Atkins. I did it 3 years ago but this time I feel different. I feel pretty good. No more bloating. My first weigh in will be Saturday.
