Default BFL round 3

Over that last eight years I have been on and off different diets. The only one that has worked for me initially was the Body for Life diet and workout program. The first time I went on this diet successfully, I lost 56 lbs in three months and kept it off for two years. Though this was the case, I was constantly thinking about eating every two hours. It had to be an obsession for me. The second time I was successful with the diet I had lost 60 lbs (a bit more than I gained back) but gained it back very quickly (this was due to the fact that for the last month I went on the CKD diet to cut and really screwed my body up). Now I am at th point where I need to lose 70 lbs and want to do so without shocking my body and at a pace where I will keep it off (first goal is 30 lbs in 10 weeks). Does anyone have any advice on how I can keep it off once I reach my goals? Please let me know whats been successful for you long term. Thanks!
