Default New, am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

I just signed up for the free account to test out Fitday to decide if it is something that would be helpful.

Every time I click on the log tab, the computer just "spins" and nothing loads... I went to my phone, and to load the app to see if that would work, and found very poor reviews of the app (problems with grey screen and not loading).

Is this typical, or am I doing something wrong?

Hi Michelle,

I've not tried the phone app, but the website works for me. I just went through the entire process of setting up my account and adding things, all of which worked.

I just changed to the classic view and it works fine. I also downloaded the app for iPhone, and entered a snack. Worked great!
