In need of a diet buddy :)
Hey everyone,
My name is Jamie and I'm 25. I am trying to lose the 2 stone I put on at university and get down to my fighting weight of 8st. (I'm only 5ft 2!). I have tried over and over again to lose this weight and always get down to about 9st before giving in and binging my way back up to 10st. I'm an ex-gymnast and qualified personal trainer so I know what I SHOULD be doing and spend half my life helping others with diet/exercise plans and yet I am at a loss when it comes to sticking to one for myself. I'm not comfortable talking to friends and family about the way I feel so I'm looking for help elsewhere. Basically I need someone to chat to and provide mutual advice and support to keep me working towards my goals.

Hi Jaime,
Welcome - I'm glad you found us.
Jump on into an existing thread or start a new thread. It seems like there have been a bunch of post-university folks joining us this summer all trying to get back to the "fighting weight".
It might be a great topic for a new thread!
