I've decided I don't want to be a fat old man.
Any advice would be appreciated. I am a member of a Golds gym that is only 5 minutes away from home.
Currently at 219 pounds. My goal is to be at 185 on my birthday on Dec 12th.
Time to rock and roll.

Welcome,
My best advice is to use all the tools on fitday.
I have four things that I started doing in January that I think have helped me the most.
1. Lots of water
2. Measure all snacks into servings sizes using a scale (I got one at Walmart for like $10)
3. Watch salt content in foods
4. Get to the gym. I do a lot of cardio at the gym (usually 1:30) I use dumbells at home in the morning.
Good Luck.
