Week 5 Weigh in 3/26

Been doing fitday since 2/20/10. Starting weight 170, this morning was 153. Did 3 weeks doing the "low carb" diet and lost 11lbs. However, low carb also mean low fiber, so enough of that one. Just going to watch calories and fat intake till I make my goal of 140. Good luck to everyone!!!
