Baby Steps....

Red face Baby Steps....

I just got back from my appointment with the hospital dietian and am happy to report that I have lost 5 pounds in the last two weeks! I know it's not much but it just feels good to have done this little small "baby step" in my weight loss goal. I have also noticed that some of the cravings are going as well. Is anyone else just getting started and maybe want to post their first goal here? I just love this website because we all have something in common and its just so nice to read words of encouragement from others that are trying to get healthy and lose weight,too.

I just started last week so I'm pretty new too. I have to really work at staying focused EVERY day because I am tired of being overweight. Congrats on your 5 lbs!

Good for you! Seriously...2.5 pounds for one week is great. Trust me, from all my expiriences its better to just take it slow.
