I don't think that at this point I can anwer your questions very well, but you may find answers on Vito's FAQ thread. (See my signature below). I'm pretty new around here myself & learning how to better use FitDay.

You probably logged it as 14 hrs (14:00) instead of 14 minutes (:14)

Yes, Whey protein. You can also buy Soy protein but it lacks some of the amino acids that the whey protein supplies and is usually higher prices. Whey protein is derived from dairy but most people who are lactose intolerant have no problem with it as the lactose is refined out in the process.
