I have gotten past my 15 in 15 goal. I was 274 at the beginning with a goal of 259. I have reached as low as 256.4lbs. I am bouncing back up right now but even at the top of my bounce this morning after a big woopsie dinner last night I weighed 268.4 which is still under my 15 goal. Tomorrow morning will be higher yet though I fear after today's dinner.

Oh my goodness! Way to go Wildbeanerz! I know I too will have a few whoopsie dinners along the way. We'll get through it, not make them habitual and go back down the right path. I walked a little extra yesterday to make up for the little Easter treats. Make sure I log them, and burn them away and the scale should be kind.

I'm now bouncing between 165-something and 166-something. Started at an approximate 177. I'm trying to be thankful for the 11 pound loss, but I haven't dropped anything in 2-3 weeks. One pair of jeans is sagging uncomfortably, but I can't yet fit into a smaller size. I'm discouraged and taking this week off. I've set a new goal of 7 pounds lost from 4-15 to 6-1. Hoping to start a new exercise routine of yoga, walking, and more Tai Chi during vacation week. Still hoping to get this baggage shed this year.

Okay, correction. I've gone from a 20W jean to an 18 in the same style. It will be some work to stay in them as they shrink, but they felt better than the 18W. This is the first time in years that I've bought pants without a W in the size.
