Here are a couple sites with cooking for 2 recipes.I always make a ton of soup to freeze in zip lock bags. Very handy/convenient & better for you,as you can add the veggies you like & small amount..or none, of meatHope they help. Allrecipes has a place on the recipe to change amt to number of servings you want.

i can now say i've gone 30 days without resturant meals, i don't know how long it's been snice i haven't eatten that stuff.
in some way i kinda miss it... but when i think about it i don't really miss it at the same time
i don't have those intense cravings for a fast food burger and french fries anymore
