Snack foods

I know some nuts( probably raw and not too much) and special crackers have low carb and high protein. I cant give you an exact answer but i can point a direction. Hope it's useful

Reduced fat cheese, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, jerky, and tuna come to mind. I snack on sliced turkey or chicken a lot; it's not technically a "snack food," but it helps me balance my carb-protein-fat ratio for not a whole lot of calories. I'm not a low-carber so that's all I can think of, sorry.

Tuna has no carbs and lots of protein, so I stir in a dollop of mustard and fat free salad dressing and eat it on Nut House crackers. Or if you're really tough you can eat it straight out of the can without the dressing.
