Question Vitamin E

One thing I am noticing as I log in my meals is that my Vitamin E requirements are not being met. Is it necessary to buy a supplement, or can I get it from certain foods?

Sunflower seeds have a lot of Vitamin E and almonds are pretty good too. But, fitday doesn't count the Vitamin E content of sunflower seed butter or almond butter for some reason, so maybe it doesn't do it for other foods as well, making it look as though your diet is deficient, when it really isn't.

In Canada the only vitamins food labels have to show are Vit A and C, so my nutritional breakdown on fitday is very innacurate. I assume as long as I am eating a variety of foods, and paying some attention to the Canada Food Guide, I should be ok.
