Newbie From OH
HI Everyone,
I'm Barb & am new to the website & to the boards. But I"m not new to trying to lose weight. I've been going to WW for 2 & half years now. It's been a roller coaster ride to say the least.I'm always yo-yo-ing & at times t can be a real struggle. But I'm determined to keep plugging along & not give up no matter how frustrating it may seem. I'm looking forward to trying to help others & get help in return.we can do this,I know we can.

Thanks Mike for the welcome. I know it's harder to lose at my age ( 57).And I have to watch how I excerise. I have had double hip replacements. I do have a stationery bike that I can ride. I need to get refocused again. I had a lot of distractions the past month or so. So I need to get back in the saddle again & start all over again. But I'm determined to do it. I'm looking forward to being on the boards

Welcom Barb!
I'm in my 50's too. But live in the huge megalopolis of southern CA. We are actually about 60 miles east of LA - but it is pretty much one continuous suburb now.
Bop on over to the Womens section and check out the ongoing posts, or maybe start a new one. There are lots of great companions there (not that the guys aren't great too - right Mike?), but I am sure you will fit right in.
