I agree... that's definitely true with a lot of no and low fat foods. Like I said, I typically only go lower fat on meats and dairy because there aren't usually additives to replace the fat. I always read the labels on everything I buy. I know that low fat options can take some getting used to, but I've never minded them, so it's an easy place for me to cut calories without feeling deprived.
