James welcome - "Tomorrow will be no different" that's inspring - go for it!

I'm posting this because if I say it, I will do it

Tomorrow,
  • I'm going to stay on a treadmill with some hill on it for 60 minutes.
  • My average speed will not go below ten minute miles (6 MPH) - I will plan on completing 10K, so I'll have to have a few faster moments, but I will keep it at 6 MPH at the
beginnig so I have endurance.

This will be my longest time.

Now, If I don't post success tomorrow, yell at me!

Not stubborn, just headstrong and motivated... I actually started lifting vs doing p90x. I haven't pushed around any weight since summer time so it feels good to be back in it but I'm also mega sore from it. Trying to strengthen the quads, keep my cardio up, and tone are my goals for now.

Side note I will be driving through Chicago this weekend

Abby, it was a glorius day today. Whack a mole hmm. Sounds fun good for you. Spinning is also on my bucket list but have to build up my stamina before I tackle that one.

Breethe, I don't always log in my exercise everyday due to time issues, I'm pretty selfish I like to read more than post as there is too much going on. Those stretch marks never go away, so be warned. Definitely listen to your body, it does seem like you put 110% all the time so be good to yourself.

1fit, amazing start to you 30 days, I'm going to live vicariously through you.

Urban, take care.

I did 40 minutes of biking, 5000 meters of rowing. And a half-hearted attempt at back and shoulders. More for endurance than strength.

Nice work getting some lifting back Urbanmule – wave as you pass me in Chicago!

Crazigerl, sounds like quite an endurance day!

Today was inspried by Luscious L – I did it – stayed running for 60 minutes – I got 6.5 miles done. No great speed, really fun endurance now I am achey, but in a good way.

Wow Abby 6.5 miles. I will get there one day.

A little sore today in the gluteous maximus, from the rowing machine I'm sure. Did the run/walk thing for 35 minutes.

He gets his exercise by spamming internet forums. Wish him goodbye!

Had a strong leg workout today and had two personal bests...squat 150# for 6 reps and leg press 210# for 6 reps. WooHoo!!! Yeah me followed by 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the treadmill after that.
