Activities - Lifestyle
I hope someone can help, apologies if this is something really simple.
I've just opened an account and on the 'Activities' tab, I've entered my lifestyle as 'Standing All Day'. The thing is, it seems to be assuming that this means that I'm standing 24 hours a day and has adjusted the calorie count accordingly. I can't seem to figure out how to change this so I can see the calories I'm actually burning while standing for 8 hours a day. Should I just put my lifestyle down as 'Completely Sedentary' and add standing as a separate activity? I assume there must be a way to do it properly, though!
