Friday weigh-ins, new name but same gang
Good Morning Gang!!!! hope you all had a good week, mine was slow. lost only .8lb, but looking on the bright side, i still lost some weight and have only 6.2 more lbs to go!

I had a fair week. Good work out. Blow out-last friday night did not help me but I managed to drop a pound. Everyone's doing great, keep it up.
