I buy this brand of caesar called Litehouse. Its all natural with no preservatives, made with pure canola oil. Its good stuff and cuts out the work. 1400 mgs of omega 3s in a servings.

Its 140 cals for 2 tbsp which is more than enough for 2 cups of romaine.

I personally like sweet dressings, so I mix balsamic vinegar and splenda, salt and pepper and sometimes add a teasp of oil. Adding a little sesame oil gives you instant asian flavor for chicken salad. Adding a little sambal oelek (hot sauce) makes an instant thai dressing for shredded cabbage and shrimp wth cilantro! :]
