Thanks! I've already been through one week of TT and I'm so good sore that I love it. I load on the HIIT after my workouts too.

I just started the original workout this week and it kicked my arse! I know these next 4 weeks of this one I'm gonna get great results. Just keep thinking positive and don't waiver from your program or your goals!!!

I have found out by putting a book on your legs and lifting them is a great way to exercise!!
