Default Fresh fruit and Veggie juices?

Hi all,

Each morning I make a fresh juice with 1 apple, 1 heart of romaine, 5-6 carrots, and ginger. I would love to log the nutrients in this juice but I can't find the stats of it anywhere -- it's not the same as pasteurized juices! Any tips?

You can try googling info for homemade juice, or just log it as 100% juice in the volume you end up with for the apple and carrot juices. I can't imagine that the calorie count of pasteurized 100% juice is that different from unpasteurized. I don't know that you'll find anything for the juice from the romaine or ginger, but the calorie count for those is next to nothing. Good luck!
