feels good
feeling pretty good I just completed a week of healthy eating a very big deal for me. Resisted the urge to order pizza last night I am proud of myself. My eating habits are so important seeing as how my exercise is very limited because of my health. Trying to stay strong

Great job! "They" say it takes 30 days to establish a habit so keep up the good work. Do remember that one slip up does not derail your whole eating plan, or even your whole day. Just acknowledge it, log what you ate in FitDay (no matter how bad) and get back to business. This really is just a numbers game when you get right down to it--average calories expended must be greater than average calories eaten to lose weight.
And I hear you about the excercise--weight will come off much faster if you can exercise--I'm looking forward to when I can do more. At my current weight my feet, ankles and knees will only take so much standing/walking.
