Thanks Girls for all the encouraging words. So far, today has been better. I made myself run this morning and it seems like when I'm mad at myself I push harder, so that was good. It is now about 9 p.m. and the food cravings are starting, but I bought strawberries and blueberries this afternoon and I am trying to drink water first before even getting into the fruit. It is really hot here and we don't have air conditioning in our house so it may be thirst and not hunger.I know the next few days are going to be a fight to get back to healthier eating, so I may be posting a lot!! Thanks for being here.
