Dhokla kbab recipe in English - india
Dhokla kbab it is an indian dish
Dhokla Kabab - Special Kebab Masala made by using gram flour and other flavorings. These kebabs are really tasty and will add flavor and variety to your regular cooking.
Ingredients
Dough:
Green chili 4
Baking powder 1 tsp
Chopped onion 1
Chopped garlic 5 cloves
Chopped ginger medium piece
Whole spice powder 1 tsp
Gram flour 250 gram
Salt to taste
Ajwaein 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Little water
Sauce:
Onion 1
Lemon 2
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Water 1/4 cup
Cooking Directions
Combine all the dough ingredients and make thick dough.
The consistency of dough must be that you can mold it in desired shape.
Properly knee the dough and give it the shape of long seekh kabab.
In another pan boil some water and put kabab into it and cook on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes.
When kabab are ready, takeout from the water and leave to cool.
Cut the kabab into 1 inch pieces and keep aside.
In another pan heat oil and sauté onion and add all other sauce ingredients into it.
When water of the sauce get dries, add cooked kabab into it and mix.
Cook for 3 -4 minutes and takeout in a platter.
Sprinkle lemon juice on top, garnish and serve.
